FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: Full time, includes Saturdays
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing banking transactions for Bank customers
in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Processes customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handles customer complaints and works through these sensitive issues to resolution.
• Performs data entry to complete reporting requirements.
• Ensures that currency and coin requirements, limitations, regulations and provisions are maintained.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Demonstrates knowledge and expertise of basic teller functions and supports the Company's overall
mission, standards, policies and procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Operate within the guidelines and procedures established in the Bank's Teller Manual.
• Adhere to the Bank's established policies.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs other duties as required by management.
• May participate in a wide variety of special assignments.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This position has no supervisory responsibility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of professional work experience, money-handling or cashiering experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of people.
• Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

• Some familiarity with cashiering equipment.

• Able to perform 10-key by touch.
• Must be able to work bank schedule, including Saturdays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is sedentary work that requires the following physical activities:
• Sitting or standing for long periods, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking,
hearing, and visual acuity.
•Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds of computer equipment).
• Occasional walking up stairs.
