Customer Service Specialist Summary:
The Biloxi Housing Authority ("BHA") is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Specialist. The incumbent will be responsible for providing operational assistance for the wait list, intake and leasing functions of the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). The incumbent will provide a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to the Assisted Housing Department.
Experience/Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of related clerical experience, preferably relating to property management; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which, in the sole determination of the BHA, provides the required knowledge and abilities, may be considered sufficient.
