Executive Assistant
NCBA/SEE Program is seeking an individual, 55 years or older to fill a temporary, full-time Administrative Assistant assign in the Gulf of Mexico Program. (Funded Annually/not A Federal Position)
Duties include:
- Serves as Liaison between management and other offices.
- Schedule and manage management's calendar as well as the office calendar.
- Prepare Travel orders for Management.
- Serves as backup for managements travel.
- Answer phone, assist. Visitors, Process Correspondence, mail and report, review in accordance with administrative policies including copying, collating, emailing, faxing & fed-ex.
- Receives, distributes and logs incoming and outgoing mail.
- Miscellaneous admin.
Functions Qualifications: High school grad B.S. /B.A. Minimum of 5 years related experience in Office Management Communications
Hourly Rate: $10.78 per hour.
