  • Lead strategic sales efforts in generating revenue from key
    categories through multi-media platforms, with emphasis on digital.
  • Drive new business development on the strategic level, with focus on new digital revenue
  • Supervise Local Advertising Manager and help them develop Strategic plans for their sales teams
  • Collaborate with directors and managers for what is best for our organization
  • Accurately project revenue forecast for strategic and local teams as well as overall digital projections for division

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads strategic and local sales teams in meeting or exceeding digital and overall sales goals
  • Cultivate Digital-first sales focus and enable all team members to achieve digital growth
  • Identifies revenue opportunities and work with Publisher to strategically plan ways to capture and maximize those opportunities
  • Works with the Inside Outbound team to ensure alignment on maximizing revenue growth and identifying appropriate sales channels to do so
  • Ensures adoption of sales process and expectations across every team and encourage each team to use Sales Force, Solutions Board Sessions, Admall Pro, Borrell and other tools
  • Leads commitment to the Velocity Digital vision
  • Ensure managers and reps are receiving the right training in order to effectively manage their teams
