Infant Toddler Quality Initiative (ITQI) Project Manager - Full-Time
Reports to: SVP Early Learning Quality Advancement
Location: Charlotte, NC with local travel Child Care Resources Inc.'s (CCRI's) Infant Toddler Quality Initiative (ITQI)
Project Manager is responsible for: coordinating quality improvement efforts for participating child care centers; providing leadership to improve the quality of care for infants and toddlers; supervising at least 1.0 FTE Child Development Specialist and daily management of the project. A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development, Human Service, or related field is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred. Level 11 Early Childhood Certification, a minimum of three (3) years of experience working directly with infants and toddlers and a minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in early childhood programs are all required. Applicants must apply for and receive the Technical Assistance Endorsement (from the NC Institute for Child Development Professionals) at the end of the first year of employment. Applicants must demonstrate competence in the use of the Infant Toddler Environment Rating Scales - Revised (ITERS-R); and possess knowledge of the North Carolina Foundations for Learning and Development (NCFELD) and the Infant Toddler Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS).
