Job Purpose
As part of the Business Support Services team, the PRGM Analyst is responsible for contract management to include obtaining, tracking and communicating with various departments to ensure contracts are received timely, accurately input into the database, and proper accounting treatment has been applied. The PRGM Analyst is also responsible for monitoring pricing plans, promotion plans, full service vending commission plans, off-invoice funding plans, and other customer programs. The PRGM Analyst is also responsible for applying analytical methods and tools to optimize pricing, volume and customer programs. The position assists in developing the topline budget, including volume, using a rolling year. The PRGM Analyst may also assist in new routing solutions as well as updating and maintaining database information (customers, vendors, products, routes, etc.) in all software systems for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer contracts (beverage agreements) management.
- Review information for contract customers in all software systems for the company.
- Ensure various customer/volume contract accruals reported accurately to accounting.
- Customer Funding and Program financial management.
- Customer Trade Marketing/Customer Collaboration Funds (CTM/CCF) management.
- Shared Marketing Funds (SMF) management.
- Local Market Program (LMP) funding analysis.
- Incidence based pricing management.
- Monster fee distribution management.
- Parent company funding.
- Assist in developing, monitoring, and planning pricing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and customer invoice accuracy to reflect accurate and timely net revenue.
- Subject matter expert on pricing plans, off-invoice plans, and promotion plans in company systems.
- First point of escalation for pricing overrides (point of contact for field sales).
- Communicate and train all pricing strategies and changes with the sales staff.
- Ensure no customers revert to wholesale if currently on pricing.
- Communicate pricing adjustments to AR Department.
- Assist in training the Sales Team on the use of promotions and price books in the company systems and mobile devices.
- Subject matter expert for other applicable company systems.
- Work with internal and external customers to determine inefficiencies within the system and pricing execution.
- Analyze Daily Discount report.
- Submit other analytic reports to management.
- Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
- Conform with, abide by, and re-enforce all regulations, policies, work procedures and processes.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- One to three years direct store delivery industry experience is preferred.
- One to three years accounting and/or budget experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Physical Demands
- Work in an office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time.
- Work involves walking, talking and hearing, using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminal.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Work Environment
- The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment in operation.
- Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 5-10% and attend out-of-town training and/or seminars.
- Working hours vary between 6 am and 6 pm depending upon schedules and the season. Typical work week of Monday through Friday and approximately 40 to 45 hours per week. Additional hours may be required occasionally.
