NEUTRAL LABOR ARBITRATOR
Connecticut residents, experienced as neutral arbitrators in public sector collective bargaining interest impasse resolution, who wish to be considered by the State Board of Education for possible nomination to the Governor as a per diem impartial arbitrator under Section 10-153f of the General Statutes, should send a cover letter, resume and a completed application by May 27, 2022, to:

Qualifications: Applicants must be residents of the State of Connecticut, have a minimum of three years of active participation in public sector collective bargaining interest impasse resolution and must possess considerable knowledge of collective bargaining and interest arbitration, including knowledge of the Connecticut Teacher Negotiations Act and other relevant labor statutes pertaining to the public sector.
