Organic Operations Manager

CSS Farms is now accepting applications for Organic Farm Operations Manager. Work with Farm Manager and other CSS team members to effectively manage approximately 1,900 acres of organic vegetable production. Position supports farm operations, insures field prep and tillage operations are completed timely. Coordinates pre- and post-harvest field activities. Recruits employees, budgets, purchases supplies and equipment. Successful candidates will hold valid driver's license and be able to pass insurance verification. Prefer AAS or BS degree in an agricultural related field, 5+ years' experience managing agriculture programs over large geographic region and prior experience with potatoes and irrigated crops. English/Spanish. Travel up to 30% of work time.
