Paralegal

Deutsch Kerrigan, LLP, a full-service law firm since 1926 specializing in insurance defense in five major practice areas: Civil, Commercial, Construction, Marine & Energy and Toxic & Environmental, is seeking a paralegal to join its team at its office located in Gulfport, MS.

The ideal candidate is professional and proactive and has experience in drafting of pleadings, locating case law, conducting discovery, preparing exhibits and corresponding with experts and other witnesses, trial preparation, electronic filing with the courts and calendaring.

Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are also preferred. Litigation billing experience is a Must!

This position is full-time and a competitive benefits package is offered. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
