Position: Office Assistant
Diamondhead Water & Sewer District is accepting immediate applications for the position of Office Assistant. Duties will include: Front Desk, Customer Service, Clerical, Billing, Payment Processing, Computer skills, use of multiple software applications, and some light Accounting. Strong Customer Service skills, Computer, experience with various office machines/equipment (adding machines, printers, copiers, postage machines), and the ability to multi-task are required. Experience working in a municipal government and/or public sector preferred.
Full background check, physical and drug screening required.
Compensation includes: competitive wage dependent upon experience, paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings with matching, paid holidays, and PTO; after probationary period is completed.
