We're looking for a highly organized professional with management experience who can ensure the efficient operations of our call center for providing excellent member service. Oversee inbound call center and its 5 to 10 agents. Our call center has daytime operating hours Provide training, coaching and assistance to call center agents on an ongoing basis Ensure that all employees follow the company's best practices for call center operations Self-Motivated with Excellent Member Service, Communication, Management, Interpersonal and Leadership skills required. Credit union experience a plus.
