Product Support Analyst

Product Support Analyst
The individual will perform daily support activities for Lending and Product Administration. Provide on-going maintenance of Participating Financial Institutions in the Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF) Program regarding annual reporting requirements, agreement updates and master commitments. Process secured credit and cash management transactions. Aid and back-up MPF Quality Assurance Administrator to monitor the MPF portfolio. Conduct independent research on issues arising from the acquisition of MPF loans to ensure compliance and eligibility with MPF guidelines. Provides a high level of professional and friendly customer service to stockholders.
Qualifications:

Three to five years of previous banking, mortgage operations or secondary market experience.

Four-year college degree in marketing, business administration or finance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Familiarity with the financial analysis of commercial banks, thrifts, credit unions, and insurance companies preferred.

Experience with MS Office products, including Word, Access, and Excel.

Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Must be able to operate all types of office equipment, including a computer, copy machine, facsimile, and telephone.
