Marketing Coordinator
MARKETING COORDINATOR
FMA is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
Duties: Work with internal colleagues & external partners to coordinate & execute marketing plans to increase exhibitor participation & attendance at our tradeshows. This includes coordinating marketing & promotions with outside vendors (printers, ad agency, PR agency); copywriting, editing, proofreading electronic & print promotion content; scheduling & layout of promotional projects; developing marketing content for our websites, coordinating analytics reports, surveys, studies; coordinate social media campaigns.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing & 2 or more years of directly applicable work experience. Tradeshow work experience. Strong copywriting & proofreading skills. Understanding of marketing principles. Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat & WordPress. Familiarity with HTML code & email software such as Real Magnet. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal & organizational skills. Detail oriented with excellent time management skills. Ability to travel to tradeshows.
