ESC Phone Technician

Helena Laboratories has a position available for an ESC Phone Technician.

• Candidate must have experience in installation, repair, maintain and troubleshoot Helena Laboratory equipment.
• Respond to customer calls.
• Document repairs on paper or by electronic media, complete work orders, help Field Service Representatives to resolve customer complaints, use of multi-meters, temperature meters and torque wrenches.

Be part of a 24 hour coverage rotation and possible fill in for Field Service Representative when needed.

Candidate must have an AA Degree in Electronics, PLC, digital motor control, military experience or a minimum of two years field experience in electronics, bio-medical or similar equipment repair. Must know how to use multi-meters, temperature meters and torque wrenches.
