Job location: Charlotte, NC (headquarter) with work-at-home option available for all cities through-out the U.S.
Duties: Work on NTT's largest and most complex projects Globally. Responsibilities: Drive business by understanding our customer’s strategy and helping them achieve that strategy (Interact with C level executives to define their strategy, liaise with global & America’s region organization to ensure strategy alignment, and manage the growth of high value projects.); coach cross functional matrixed team members to continued improved performance and ensure alignment to go-to-market, solution selling approaches and overall sales/solution strategies; support Sales leaders, Client Managers, and Solution Consultants to regularly achieve assigned area/regional quotas; responsible for Group & region interlock and cross-regional BU interaction. Ensure attainment of BU financial and business targets; provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the GTM and Service Tower teams based on your client interactions; collaborate with Solutions Development, and other BU Practice Directors, GTM and 3rd parties to create outcome driven vertical solutions; understand the implications of technological choices on the downstream operating model in terms of serviceability, lifecycle management, and security; ensure cross functional matrixed team members work together to grow revenue; maintain a functional understanding of Data and Application architecture design and its implications on scalability, security, and serviceability. Develops and executes BU specific sales plan and various sales campaigns; be primary sponsor of a number of vendor relationships with support from the Alliances team. Ensures BU members stay current with Partner roadmap and product and facilitate similar education into Foundation sales teams; serve as a change agent; leads, sponsors and supports the NTT America’s organizational transformation objectives and work to align region and group; responsible for BU specific sales collateral, including presentations, demonstrations, case studies, etc.; be an active thought leader services through multiple mediums: Executive forums, Industry associations, Twitter, Conferences/Events, Blogs, Benchmarking Report, etc.; and work closely with Regional and Group teams to expand NTT’s Smart world initiatives, healthcare vertical, sports vertical and, Global Automotive vertical using NTT’s breadth & depth of technology.
Requirements: U.S. Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Sales, Engineering or a closely related plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or sales and solution leadership position. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 3 years of experience in sales leadership in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); leading decentralized teams in achieving and surpassing sales targets in relevant business areas; and constructing complex solutions and control and execute complex sales cycles.
