Detail-oriented individual needed to handle incoming and outbound customer calls and email. The successful candidate will have the skills to build relationships with customers, and have direct experience increasing sales in order to give our customers the best experience and product mix possible. Must be able to multi-task, manage and prioritize the workload for efficiency and communicate with our customers in a professional manner through both verbal and written communications. Precise data-entry skills needed for entering customer orders into our ERP system. 1+ year direct call center experience is required and must have strong computer skills. Hours of work are 9 am 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
