SONOCO is a full-service catering company, based in Houma, LA, that has been in continuous operation for over 45 years. Our customers include major oil, drilling, and service companies across the Gulf of Mexico. We provide a range of services that include groceries, personnel, equipment and linen, and complete facilities management with safety being our top priority.
Pay Scale up to $50K-$60K/yr.
Prepares meals for crews ranging from 6 to 150+ people. Able to prepare all items from scratch, including baked goods such as cookies, pies, breads, and assorted pastries. Acts as on-site manager, responsible for crew, customer service, cleanliness, ordering and cost control.
Pay Scale up to $45K/yr.
The Night Cook prepares and serves the midnight meal, breakfast, and bakes all goods for both shifts. Assists with daily cleaning and manages night personnel.
Pay Scale up to $34K/yr.
Duties include assisting with meal preparation, service and cleanup, making bunks, janitorial task and other related task.
Must hold TWIC Card.
Must pass drug test and physical.
Work a 14 Days on 14 Days off schedule.
