Interventional Cardiologist

Southern Mississippi Heart Center, P.A., 3704 Bienville Blvd., Suite B, Ocean Springs MS 39564 seeks an Interventional Cardiologist to perform medical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of hospital patients, perform invasive procedures, including Caths and peripheral vascular catheterization and interventional endovascular procedures including PTCA, stents and pacemakers, admit patients to short stay/observation unit and provide continuous attending coverage, perform ward attending, prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions. Position requires travel to worksites within 25 miles. Applicant must possess a Medical degree, its equivalent or its foreign equivalent. The applicant must have completed an Internal Medicine Residency and fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology, and must be eligible to obtain a Mississippi medical license.
