Position Summary
The Institutional Advancement Department at St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time Donor Relations and Stewardship Manager. This role will lead efforts within the Institutional Advancement Department to create and lead a comprehensive stewardship program and strengthen relationships with donors. The Donor Relations and Stewardship Manager will also oversee and execute annual donor reporting and tribute processes.

Responsibilities:
- Create, oversee, and manage a comprehensive Stewardship Plan which includes strategies to thank, retain, and incent donors in the cycle of giving and throughout the development process
- Manage a reporting process for all donor gift funds,
- Manage all aspects of researching, documenting, and recording information into Banner (or other database)
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the status of funds
- Manage and track the establishment of donor named fund agreements and memorials
- Oversee all aspects of donor recognition including gift societies, donor events, donor tribute and donor recognition items/gifts
- Develop and implement strategic, system and process to alert gift officers and leadership of new donor behavior and provide mechanism for response
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Three years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, public relations, events management or customer service
- One year of experience working in MS Office Suite
- One year of experience in relational databases and working with CRM

- Previous experience managing donor relations program
