HR Associate
The human resources team for Office of the Provost (OP) and University College (UC) is seeking to hire a full-time (100%) HR Associate. Under the direction of the Assistant HR Director, this role will support various departments assigned and collaborate with the Sr. HR Director and HR Coordinator to support the orgs consistently and proactively.
Position Overview: This position is responsible for implementing HR related tasks, processes, and projects of day-to-day operations according to HR strategies, within the Office of the Provost and University College orgs. Primary functions include transaction system expertise, appointment management for all temporary employee types, employment law compliance, and recruiting assistance. This position requires independent judgment and decision making in the applying University and departmental policies and procedures as well as confidentiality and discretion.
